Inside Sales Representative

Job Status: Full-Time, Commission

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with customers, managing inbound customer calls and emails, initiating contacts, identifying sales opportunities and collecting and maintaining account information files. We are looking for a competitive and financially driven individual that works well in a team atmosphere.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Apparel Experience a plus; but not required
• 2-5 years of experience in Inside Sales
• Track record of month to month growth
• Ability to call on/manage large customer base
• Must be a self-motivated, ambitious, aggressive sales oriented professional.
• Process orders and ensure accuracy of each aspect of the order
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Deliver weekly reports to the Sales Manager describing sales activity and customer feedback
