JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Customer Service Representative will be working side by side with the Sales Teams in an open office environment (No cubicles). Job functions will include but are not limited to: processing and managing all website orders, assisting sales reps, helping with incoming sales calls, emails, fielding customer questions, processing RA's, managing multiple time-sensitive tasks. This is a full-time position Monday through Friday with excellent benefits. If you are a dedicated, team-oriented, hard-working individual you must apply! JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Apparel Experience a plus; but not required
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to handle a high volume of data entry
• Organized with excellent follow-through
• Ability to work effectively in an open office environment
• Sales oriented
• Knowledge or experience with FDM4 a plus; but not required
