The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.
ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS & EMBROIDERERS:
You may return goods for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. Goods must be in perfect, unworn and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.
Our warehouse ships your order almost immediately. Chances are if you want to cancel we have already shipped your order.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel and we can check on the status. If the package has already been shipped you can return the garments when you receive them. In an effort to ship as fast as possible we are too fast for most cancellations.
Please note: Back Orders not shipped within 45 days of original ship date will be automatically canceled.
