The item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods and provides a tracking. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless otherwise specified.

ATTENTION SCREEN PRINTERS & EMBROIDERERS:

  1. Please examine merchandise before decorating.
  2. Under no circumstances will merchandise be returned if altered, embellished, dyed or processed.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

 You may return goods for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your shipment and receive a full refund. Goods must be in perfect, unworn and unaltered condition. No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

ONLINE RETAIL WEB ORDERS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.

  • You can return purchased goods within 30 days of the order date.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition.  It is your responsibility to ship garments back to our warehouse.
  • Be sure to return your goods to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
  • We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
  • Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.
How to Return/Exchange your item(s):
  • Step 1: Email info@independenttradingco.com the Style # / Size / Color of the items you want to return. We will then send you a Return Authorization to include in your package.
  • Step 2: Include these three items with your return:
    • Item 1: Return Authorization
    • Item 2: Your Order Number (#12345 or CA123456-00)
  • Step 3 (Exchanges): Place a new order for the desired Style/Size/Color you want.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Our warehouse ships your order almost immediately. Chances are if you want to cancel we have already shipped your order.

Please contact info@independenttradingco.com to cancel and we can check on the status. If the package has already been shipped you can return the garments when you receive them. In an effort to ship as fast as possible we are too fast for most cancellations.

Please note: Back Orders not shipped within 45 days of original ship date will be automatically canceled.
