CAN I SET UP A WHOLESALE ACCOUNT WITH INDEPENDENT TRADING COMPANY?

Yes, as long as you are a qualified wholesale company, engaged in the apparel business and have a valid resale certificate.

ARE THERE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS?

There is no minimum order quantity or dollar amount that must be met in order to place a wholesale order on our In stock garments.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Once your order has been received and credit approved it usually ships within 24 hours. Note, orders placed after 1 p.m. will go out the next business day.


WHAT IS INDEPENDENT'S RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE RETAIL ORDERS?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to issue a full refund for returned goods.

  • You can return purchased goods within 30 days of the order date.
  • Goods must be returned in original condition.  It is your responsibility to ship garments back to our warehouse.
  • Be sure to return your goods to the warehouse address on the original packaging.
  • We recommend you use Fed Ex or UPS with tracking to monitor return status.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card. Please note certain credit cards may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account.
  • Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.

WHAT IS INDEPENDENT'S RETURN POLICY FOR WHOLESALE ORDERS?

  • Contact Your Sales Rep. or returns@independenttradingco.com to request a Return.
  • You can return purchased goods within 30 days of the order date.
  • No return will be allowed without a written return authorization number and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Goods must be returned in the original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
  • It is your responsibility to ship garments back to our warehouse address in the original packaging.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund.
  • Original Shipping charges will not be refunded.
