The Hazleton building was a multi-year project, from purchasing a piece of land, to designing & building the warehouse. This new warehouse is 180,000 Sqft and holds 3x the amount of inventory as our old Pennsylvania location. We built it from the ground up to be the most efficient sweatshirt shipping machine there is. It resembles our Fullerton, CA warehouse we built in 2018, but with improvements like a 5 high pallet racking system that is throughout the entire warehouse. Since November it has been a whirlwind of assembling the racking system, installing cabling for the computer systems, and purchasing new equipment for the warehouse crew. The Hazleton, PA warehouse will be a game changer for inventory levels, shipping speeds, and shipping costs on the east coast.
