Shipping & Receiving / Forklift Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for job duties related to shipping and receiving at our East Coast Distribution facility located in Jessup, PA.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process, package and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Transport items from storage area to staging area using carts, pallet jacks, or forklifts
- Assist with palletizing, packaging, and staging orders for shipping
- Process orders using RF scanner to maintain accurate inventory records
- Loading/Unloading when needed
- Work with team to meet appropriate targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Warehouse Supervisors and Leads
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Self-motivated with ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to read and understand directions in English
- Ability to work on powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker, reach truck)
- Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach
- Ability to demonstrate adequate knowledge of WMS
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Willingness to adhere to all Company policies regarding employment and safety
